We offer a “white glove” in-home delivery on our own trucks.
Once we have notified you that your furniture is in and have arranged a delivery date that works with your schedule here is what you can expect:
The day before delivery we will call you to confirm the time frame of your delivery, which is usually a 2-3 hour time window.
Please mention to us prior to delivery of any tight turns, key codes, hour restrictions, use of freight elevators, road construction/road closures in your area, or any other special delivery instructions.
On the day of the delivery, please have your old furniture moved out of the way to make way for the new furniture. Our delivery team will bring in your furniture, unwrap it from our furniture blankets & shrink wrap, put it in place, and if necessary, assemble it. Please note that our team cannot disassemble or rearrange existing furniture, connect or disconnect electrical equipment, or hang anything on your walls. Afterwards, sign all required paperwork and provide the final payment.
It is the customer’s responsibility to measure all doorways, hallways, stairways, etc., to ensure the item(s) will fit upon delivery. If the item(s) does not fit into the designated area, the furniture will be placed in an alternate area of your home. Please see our measuring for furniture guide for more information.

Open Saturday’s from 12-5pm or by appointment
Our staff will kindly help you load your merchandise into your vehicle. Please bring your invoice with you, as well as blankets and straps to protect and secure your merchandise. Please inspect your furniture, sign all required paperwork, and provide payment of the remaining balance.
