We are excited to be able to re-open Tuesday, May 12th! 

Thank you all for your continued support & understanding as we navigate a new normal.  Our team has been busy behind the scenes painting & rearranging the floor with new product at both locations and can’t wait for you to check it out! Upon the re-opening of our stores, we will be implementing the following: 

Temporary Reduced Hours
Westlake Location: Mon-Sat. 11am-6pm / Sun. 12-5pm or by appointment 
North Ridgeville Location: Saturday’s only 12-5pm or by appointment
We will continue to take customers by appointment as to limit the number of customers in at a time.  Call us at 440-808-2158 when you arrive to confirm or schedule an appointment.  Those who are at-risk and would still like to come in, please contact us to setup a before/after hours appointment. If you aren’t feeling well, we ask that you please come back another time or contact us to shop virtually. 

In-store

  • Employees will be wearing masks
  • Frequently washing/disinfecting hands
  • Frequently disinfecting surfaces & other high-touch areas, including wood & fabric samples using Steramine
  • Sanitizing stations throughout the store
  • Maintaining 6ft+ distance from others where possible
  • Limiting the number of customers in the store at one time by taking appointments — Call us at 440-808-2158 when you arrive to confirm your appointment or to schedule one 

    We will have extra disposable masks & gloves available for customers if you would like to wear them. We ask that you please consider wearing a mask for your safety as well as all of ours. 

Ordering

  • Virtual shopping available by appointment – we will video chat & take you through our store
  • Discounted floor models available from both locations for immediate pickup or delivery
  • Curbside pickup/delivery options available 
  • Payments by cash, check, and credit will be still be accepted
  • We can provide you with a physical or digital receipt

Delivery

  • Interior & Curb-side delivery available [porch or garage]
  • Our employees will be wearing masks
  • They will sanitize between deliveries
  • Maintain 6ft+ distance from others when possible
  • Prior to delivery, we will collect the full balance via phone & send you a receipt, or check upon delivery

Status
If we haven’t contacted you already, we will be doing so shortly to notify you of the status of your order or the coordination of your delivery.
